My name is Anna Weiss. I write between sea and sky, from a quiet corner of Georgia—the country, not the state—where the Black Sea meets the mountains.
I am a Russian emigrant who left after the war. My life unraveled—and rewove itself. Thread by thread, word by word.
In the tradition of Namkhai Norbu, I became a Namkha weaver, shaping thread-crosses for healing and transformation. In the process, I began to listen more deeply—to lives not only lived, but remembered.
Writing has always been my compass, and after two books in Russian, fate nudged me into a new language, a new skin. Now, I write in English.
I’m currently working on my first English novel, Where the Wind Remembers Me—an autobiographical journey of karmic memory and spiritual rebirth.
A story of exile and awakening. Of breakdowns that became thresholds. Of invisible threads that bind past lives to the present one.
